1. Information we collect
Details you give us. When you call, message us on WhatsApp, email us or send the enquiry form, you may share your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, number of guests and any preferences.
Payment details. If you pay for a booking, we keep a record of your name, contact details, the hotel, the amount and the transaction reference. Card numbers, UPI PINs and net-banking credentials are handled by the payment partner – we never see or store them.
Technical data. If you accept cookies, we collect information such as IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, through analytics and advertising tools.

3. Enquiry form
The enquiry form sends your details to our reservations inbox by email. The website does not save form entries in a database. If you choose "Send on WhatsApp instead", the form opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled; WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent there.
4. Who we share it with
We share enquiry and booking details with the hotel you are interested in, and with service providers that help us run the business (payment partners, email, analytics and advertising platforms), only as far as needed for the purposes above.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
5. Cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on those visits.
