Good to know
Are you the hotel?
No. Mewar Hospitality is an independent booking company in Udaipur. We do not own or run any of these hotels and this is not any hotel's official website. We arrange bookings and pass on information supplied by the hotels.
Why aren't prices shown on the website?
Hotel rates change daily with season, occupancy and room type. Rather than show a number that may be out of date, we quote the live rate for your dates – with inclusions and taxes – in writing.
Is there any charge to enquire?
No. Asking for rates and options is free and does not commit you to anything. If a service charge applies to a booking, it is shown in your written quotation before you pay.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
Your written confirmation lists the total, the advance and the balance date. You can pay by online payment link, UPI or bank transfer to the account named in your written payment request. We will never ask for your card PIN, OTP or banking password, or ask you to pay into a personal account.
What if I need to cancel?
Each hotel sets its own cancellation terms, and we send them to you in writing before you confirm. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
