Quotations, booking confirmations and payment receipts are sent to you electronically, by email or WhatsApp, once the hotel confirms the booking.

2. Where the service takes place

Your stay takes place at the hotel on the dates shown in your confirmation.

3. Cancellations and refunds

These are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
