About the hotel
Fairmont's Udaipur property is built like a palace on about 18 acres of the Aravalli hills, looking towards Udai Sagar Lake. Domes, marble columns, painted frescoes and thikri mirror-work run through the buildings.
Rooms are spread across three themed wings – Surya Mahal, Chandra Mahal and Agni Mahal – and include Royal Maharaja and Royal Maharani suites.
With well over 140,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor event space, including Jashn Palace Garden and Chand Baori, it is one of the larger wedding venues in the region, while still working well for leisure stays.
